A Mobile Digital Marketing platform for Everyone
A digital marketing app that enables business owners to easily launch and track digital ads on various platforms such as Snapchat, Instagram, and Google search.
Challenges
Addressing these key challenges was crucial for creating the right product for the target audience:
Expensive entry fees are an issue for Small startups as agencies charge high service fees.
The current available platforms are complicated and aren't friendly for beginners in the field
Reports are very complex to make use of for smaller scale businesses
Lack of a mobile friendly tool to Publish, Track and maintain Digital Ad Campaigns.
My Role
After Setting the goals I established my role in the project as the following:
Tools Used
Problem Solved!
The target audience's concerns were successfully addressed and used as a framework for the final visual design.
Launchpad
Simplified the tools used to launch a digital ad campaign. This allows users to launch effective digital ad campaigns with a minimum amount of effort. Unified the steps involved in launching a digital ad campaign across different platforms. Users can set target audiences for their digital ads through selecting budget, location, interests, and demographics. Users can also register more than one business, and easily manage projects for each business.
Dashboard
Implemented dashboards for users to track and maintain their digital ads easily. The page displays graphs and organized reports on launched campaign performances.
Team management
Businesses can also set up a team to manage their campaigns within the app. Added ability to customize privileges for each team member (such as access to reports, uploading media, and launching new ad campaigns).
Marketing website & Instagram
The user can set up their own complimentary website within the app. The website's content is fetched from the user’s instagram account with the addition of a unique URL.
Educational content
Added in-app tutorials, blog posts, and short educational videos to increase knowledge in digital marketing and further simplify the experience of using the app.
Design Process
Addressing these key challenges was crucial for creating the right product for the target audience:
Interviews
Conducted interviews with various members of the company’s team to study the project’s requirements from different angles. The company’s dietician provided insight regarding the nutritional needs, priorities, and concerns of users. Whereas the marketing team provided information regarding competitors and users preferences when it comes to managing subscriptions and interacting with a food service platform. The team also requested an E-commerce based shop within the application and website to sell merchandise and food items.

The majority of digital marketing services available have complicated tools and require prior knowledge in digital marketing to be used. The steps required to launch digital ads on different platforms can also differ greatly. This inconsistency can further confuse beginners and small businesses.
Expensive Fees
Hiring digital marketing agencies can be costly for small businesses who could benefit from managing digital ads in house.
Desktop Only
Lack of mobile solutions in the market that provide an easy way to launch digital ad campaigns and track performance all at once.
User-flows & Wireframing
The creation of user flows and wire frames commenced after consolidating market research and personas.
